Cancellation Policy

At Skin Revival Specialist, we value your time and commitment to your appointments. As a small business, we carefully manage our schedule to ensure every client receives the attention they deserve. In order to maintain a smooth operation and fair scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the booked service fee. This allows us the opportunity to reschedule and offer the time to another client.

  • 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the booked service fee. This is because it's often impossible to fill the slot on such short notice.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. However, please be mindful that last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our ability to run efficiently and serve other clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
